Learning how to play piano, keyboards, guitar or any instrument is fun, exciting and very rewarding! This is easily done at any age. The musical gift of learning piano can be obtained through private piano lessons as well as online piano lessons. Don’t get me wrong, personal instruction is best. I started as a toddler with a fantastic teacher. Yet, great music teachers are a rare breed and sometimes not possible to find in your area. In comes virtual learning in music! I recommend online piano lessons to enhance and help you hone the skills you are learning with a private music teacher and will add value to your practice time. Learning to master the skills will come along easier and quicker if done with this combination. So, get to that instrument and make some noise! Let your feelings and emotions flow. The whole world is just waiting to hear your beautiful music!
Roland V-Combo VR-09 Live Performance Keyboard is one of my favorites when I’m not able to play the grand piano. It delivers crisp, clear sounds and is an all in one solution for performing keyboard players. It is also one of the top 10 best keyboards. I suggest obtaining a sustaining pedal to further enhance your music.
I recommend the Casio LK165 61-Lighted Key Personal Keyboar for the beginning keyboard player. It includes many perks to assist, amaze and entertain the beginner while giving additional inspiration. Great for a Christmas gift.
Yamaha YPT-230 Premium Keyboard Pack with Headphones, Power Supply, and Stand is just right for the intermediate player. You will find it will suit all your needs plus more.
After starting or continuing your music lessons, whether they are private, online or both; take your instrument with a few major chords and some theory in your pocket and get together with a friend or two that are musically inclined and start practicing with them. Sit in on their jam sessions as well. You will find yourself laughing and having fun while absorbing more of what music has to offer. This will help you in creating your own style. Soon you will be playing with them. Before you know it, you will be playing professionally yourself!
